ROUTEMASTER

The ROUTEMASTER bus was the most famous type of a double-decker bus, which began to be produced in London in the 1950s. This type was well-known to Londoners who beloved it for its red colour, open platform at the rear which was intended for getting on the bus as well as for its padded seats which provided passengers with sufficient comfort.
The best-known ROUTEMASTER was made in Great Britain in 1967 and in 2009 it was completely re-built for Jamie Oliver for gastronomic purposes – a kitchen and a restaurant – in professional co-operation with a British renowned catering company Oliver Branch Catering. We managed to get this historic gem and, having coped with some uneasy logistic and technical obstacles, we transported it to the Czech Republic. Now, we provide you with a unique opportunity to enjoy this gem!

Routemasters were in service from 1956 to 2005, when they were withdrawn from operation as they did not comply with EU safety standards. Nowadays, modern Routemasters with an improved modern design goes around London and of course, they comply with all safety requirements. However, on two lines, the original double-decker buses have been left as commemoration of the good old times.
